Cherry Tree Kids Club must be in possession of an up to date registration form for each child attending the club. It is imperative that this form contains the names and addresses of two local contacts that are able to collect the child in the case of an emergency. A child may be refused entry to the club if no emergency contacts are given. The club must be kept informed of changes in contact details or telephone numbers.
